Newrest will be present at the Job Festival organized by the Skywalker company, at Zappeio Megaro, on Friday 18 and Saturday 19 November.
The managers of the HR Department will attend the event with the company’s stand throughout the two days, aiming to meet candidates who will fill the company’s jobs in various subjects.
Some of these positions are: airline catering staff trainees, cooks, buffet service employees, baristas, kitchen staff, HL drivers, inflight catering supervisors, warehouse employees and other staff.
In addition, the company implements innovative training and professional development programs, such as “Newrest Academy” and “Grow with Us”, through which special emphasis is placed on the selection, retention and development of new executives and employees who support the company’s successful course.
Through the “Newrest Academy” program, the executives of the next generation are identified and after a year of paid training, they take on positions of responsibility inside and outside of Greece.
