Newrest Hellas has developed and implements, in all units, a system for quality management, food safety, hygiene and safety at work as well as an environmental management system. All the above have been certified according to international standards.

All Newrest Hellas units have been certified for the implementation of food safety management system according to the international standard ISO 22000:2018. Moreover, the central unit of the company, where are its headquarters, has been certified according to the international standards ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 4501:2018.

The environmental management system has been certified in all inflight catering units according to the international standards ISO 14001:2015.

Finally, Newrest has also been certified for Halal meals production in its central production unit in Athens.
