For several years, Newrest has relied on its recruitment program for young talent: Graduate Program. The objective is to allow young graduates to take on operational responsibilities within one of our subsidiaries, to discover our operations and our way of working.

Our goal is to accompany their professional development and identify the leaders of tomorrow. Coached by a tutor and a single point of contact at the Toulouse headquarters, their performance is constantly monitored.

In 2022, almost 60 profiles joined
the international program from our partner
schools around the world.

A local dimension
in the making

This scheme is now taking on a strong local dimension. Our managers train national talent and create longterm relationships with training organizations in their countries. The Group then takes over to offer them an international career.

Skill Development & Career Advancement Programs

A strategic priority of the company is to develop and invest in its people so that they become its key executives in the future, leading it to success. For this reason, it has developed two promising programs for employees under 30 to provide them with all the necessary tools to advance within the organization.

No 1 Program

The first program pertains to culinary arts and the professional development of those who want to pursue a career in this field. Through this program, candidates with talent and interest in culinary arts can acquire practical experience and a culinary arts degree with the company’s support.

 

No 2 Program

The second program aims to strengthen the team of high loader operators and staff it with capable and experienced personnel. The company, wanting to utilize its people and promote internal development and advancement, offers to ground workers, the opportunity to obtain a high loader operator license, enabling them to assume higher roles and responsibilities within the organization.
