Amid strong wind conditions, a group of unattended baggage trolleys was displaced from parking stand B40 towards active taxiways, posing a potential operational and safety risk. Demonstrating a high level of situational awareness and responsibility, Mr. Zagkas promptly intervened, securing the area and removing the trolleys from the taxiway, thereby preventing possible disruption to airport operations.
\nThe distinction also highlights Mr. Zagkas\u2019 exemplary and consistently high standard of safety procedure implementation, fully aligned with Newrest Hellas\u2019 internal safety standards. This is further confirmed by the results of internal inspections, in which he achieved a 100% compliance score, reflecting discipline, preparedness, and strict adherence to airside safety requirements.<\/p>\n
