The managers of the HR Department will attend the event with the company\u2019s stand throughout the two days, aiming to meet candidates who will fill the company\u2019s jobs in various subjects.<\/p>\n
Some of these positions are: airline catering staff trainees, cooks, buffet service employees, baristas, kitchen staff, HL drivers, inflight catering supervisors, warehouse employees and other staff.<\/p>\n
In addition, the company implements innovative training and professional development programs, such as \u201cNewrest Academy\u201d and \u201cGrow with Us\u201d, through which special emphasis is placed on the selection, retention and development of new executives and employees who support the company\u2019s successful course.<\/p>\n
Through the \u201cNewrest Academy\u201d program, the executives of the next generation are identified and after a year of paid training, they take on positions of responsibility inside and outside of Greece.
